POLICIES

RETURN POLICY

Please make sure you measure carefully.  Lingerie is not returnable.  If however there is a defect with the item or a shipping error was made, we will replace or refund, which ever you choose.  Tags must still be on the Garment and the Garment unworn.

Other items must be unopened and sealed. 

You must contact us and obtain a RN number for all returns.  Any shipping charges are NOT refundable. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship USPS Priority & Express in the USA. 

International Shipping

Rates are calculated per your location and the weight of the items in you order.

PAYMENT

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal.  You can use your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card with PayPal.  We accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.   If you wish to send a money order please contact us via email for the address.

No personal checks.

PRIVACY

We do not share, give away or sell, any of your information.  At no time do we ever have access to your credit card info, all transactions are handled through PayPal's very secure gateway.

Direct Shipped means the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.  If we have it in stock and ready to ship we always try to list it as "In Stock".  Direct Ship usually adds one or two days to the delivery time.  Unless you order on a Friday, then the order will probably not ship until Monday or Tuesday.
